The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee the quality, safety, legality, and integrity of crops supplied from ESG grower farms and packing facilities. The successful candidate will manage technical and QA operations, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across our grower network and packing sites.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a technical or quality management role within horticulture or food production

Strong knowledge of BRC, retailer standards, and audit processes

Experience managing compliance, documentation, and technical training across multiple sites

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
